Brownies and cub scouts sang for seniors at Ehatare

On Saturday, December 6th, Estonian cub scouts and brownies shared their Christmas spirit in song with the seniors living at Ehatare. For over twenty years this heart warming tradition has been part of the Christmas activities for the youngsters. They sang Estonian songs of Christmas eve, sleigh rides and other "snowy pleasures".

Part of the selection was traditional songs that have endured over the generations and others were more current pieces translated into Estonian. They performed for both residents – in the seniors' residence well as the nursing home. All the Ehatare family and guests were able to enjoy the songs. Guide leader Taimi Petersoo arranged the event and scout master Enno Agur accompanied the singers on accordion.
