Vladimir Putin’s speech on minorities, with an Estonian’s interpretation

I didn't think I would ever end up quoting Russian President Vladimir Putin, but here is what is his shortest speech ever. I have put it in Estonian perspective :

August 4, 2013, Putin gave this speech to the Russian Duma (parliament), and gave this speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia:
"In Russia (Estonia), live like Russians (Estonians).
Vladimir Putin (2000) - www.wikipedia.org

Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia (Estonia), to work and eat in Russia (Estonia), it should speak Russian (Estonian), and should respect Russian (Estonian) laws. If they prefer Sharia Law (Russian Law), and live the life of Muslims (Russians), then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law.

Russia (Estonia) does not need Muslim (Russian) minorities. Minorities need Russia (Estonia) and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell ‘discrimination'. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Russian (Estonian) culture. We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation.

The Muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over Russia (Estonia). The Russian (Estonian) customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law (Russian Law) and Muslims (Russians ?).

When this honourable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind Russian(Estonian) national interest first, observing that Muslim Minorities (Russian Minorities) are not Russians (Estonians).”

What Putin says is correct for Russia, the same applies for Estonia so “Putin's Law” could apply if ever Russians come sneaking into Estonian or Ukrainian borders demanding “rights”.
